Misty Flowers was founded in 1996 by two gentlemen, Alan Caplan and George McLaughlin III. George, originally from Princeton, N.J., has been working and living in Ecuador for the past 11 years. Alan Caplan has over 18 years of experience in the U.S. and Dutch flower markets. The experiences of these two men have proven to be a winning combination.
